A bit about me…
Hi there, I’m Lisa, an Irish qualified yoga teacher based in London and Kent with a foundation in psychotherapy and counselling. Lisa Fox Yoga was born from a deep desire to help people feel safe in their bodies, grounded in their breath, and connected to themselves and others.
My offerings combine movement with stillness, helping busy, overwhelmed, or disconnected individuals find a gentle reset in a supportive environment whether that’s through a Tuesday morning Zoom flow, a Sunday night wind-down, or a nourishing in-person retreat.
With a 200-hour yoga teacher training and a foundation year in psychotherapy & counselling, I blend the physical and emotional aspects of wellbeing. My approach is grounded, accessible, and heart-led free from pressure, performance, or judgement. I love bringing people together, creating a sense of community that lasts far beyond the mat.
Off the mat, you catch me dancing to music or taking a dip in any sea or lake I can find.
